On Monday, March 16th, the children participated in a wellbeing walk which we called a Parade for Pieta. The children wore festive St. Patrick’s Day attire and went for a walk through Dromcollogher to the Town Park. We were greeted by a large crowd in the Square and the children performed some songs as Gaeilge. They then continued on their walk to the Town Park where they searched for some Shamrock Tokens which were exchanged for a small treat. Well done to the Amber flag committee for organising a really enjoyable event and raising €260 for Pieta House.
