5th & 6th class were busy this week researching the benefits of being active and the various ways that we can stay active. We talked about lots of different activities that we can do that are fun to do and that keep us active and healthy.
We learned lots about activities that we all like to do and are interested in. It doesn’t have to be a team sport that we take part in to keep active, some of us enjoy walking, horse riding, Parkour, taekwondo and lots more.
We are learning that it is important to eat healthy and stay active.
