Each and every pupil put in a huge effort this week and got stuck in and gave every challenge and activity their best!! As a result of this, they got rewarded with a yummy, healthy smoothie. Thanks to Meaney’s Centra Dromcollogher for enthusiastically providing the fruit for our smoothies; and thanks to Bríd and Fiona for whipping up such a delicious recipe!! They were thoroughly enjoyed 🙂
