Our Green Schools Committee were busy this week doing a clean up of the school grounds and the surrounding areas of the community in Dromcollogher. They used litter pickers and bags provided from Limerick County Council and wore their hi-vis vests from Team Limerick Clean Up. This is an excellent initiative in promoting a cleaner environment and the pupils learn the value in recycling waste and keeping their community clean.
