WellbeingIn order to promote positive mental health and well-being at Scoil Naomh Iosef, we have decided to take part in the Amber Flag Initiative.
This involves the whole school community coming together in other to create a safe, positive and healthy attitude towards our general physical and mental health and well-being.

Yoga and Mindfulness
1st and 2nd class enjoyed yoga and mindfulness outside this week! We learned lots of new poses, such as The Warrior, The Gorilla and The Mountain pose. We also learned new breathing techniques. The Bunny Breath is our favourite!
Pieta House Fundraiser
